Motaar offers a solution for motorcyclists who, once on site, are looking for a safe place to leave their luggage and clothing so that they can enjoy their destination peacefully, carefree and free.

For this purpose, a platform is created where the user can select a location and reserve a storage space. Motaar provides locked storage space with code lock at the locations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS USERS

1. Reservations

 

The Motaar website allows any user to make a reservation of one or more locations. After payment of the reserved hours, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail. At the earliest 24 hours before the start of the reserved period, the user will receive a pin code by mail for the reserved slot. For a reservation made within 24 hours prior to the reserved period, the code will be sent immediately. 

Cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 24h before the reserved period (corresponds to receiving the code). In this case, the paid contribution will be refunded. In case of late cancellation, no refund of the already paid contribution can be made.

At the end of the reserved period, the lock will be automatically locked with a new code for a following user and the storage room will no longer be accessible. For security reasons, Motaar will never provide access to a storage space rented by another user.

 

Dates and opening hours of indoor locations are accurately updated . These are routinely requested and properly monitored. Motaar is not responsible if locations are exceptionally closed. In this case, please inform us and we will refund any paid reservations.

2. Rules of use.

 

The user agrees

  • himself to fill and empty the storage space according to the reserved period and, if necessary, to clean it after use.

  • to empty his/her storage space in time before the end of the reserved period. If in case of lateness the location is no longer accessible, neither Motaar nor the location owner are liable for this. 

  • When booking time for an already active reservation, always check whether or not the new reservation has the same locker number. If the locker number differs from the previous reservation, the user must move the contents of the storage space to the new storage space before the end of the reserved period.

  • to behave as a good housekeeper at the location, respecting the location.

  • to deal with the rented storage space as a normal, reasonable and prudent person, and not to stock items in it that could potentially damage the storage space or the location. 

Motaar and venue owners are not responsible for the contents and proper sealing of the storage unit during the reserved period. Motaar and venue owners are not responsible for any loss or damage. For out-of-home coverage in the event of breakage, damage or theft, the user can check with their insurance company.
